Delhi High Court today refused to stay trial court proceedings against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra in the case related to the communal posts made by him during the 2020 Delhi assembly polls.

Mishra was challenging the March 7 order passed by Special Judge Jitendra Singh of the Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi which refused to set aside the summons and dismissed Mishra's revision petition.
