🔹MARTIN LUTHER🔹
🔹A GERMAN 🇩🇪 MONK🔹

“Next to the devil himself, the Christian ✝️had no more bitter enemy than the J3W”

“I would like to see them when there are no Christians”

“May he who protects the J3W stuff them into his own mouth”

Martin Luther, father of the Protestant Reformation, was a rabid “antisemite”
In his 1543 treatise, "On the J3WS and Their Lies," Luther called for synagogues to be burned, J*wish homes to be destroyed, and J*wish people to be expelled from their communities.”

"Even with no further evidence than the Old Testament, I would maintain, and no person on earth could alter my opinion, that the J3WS as they are today are veritably a mixture of all the depraved and malevolent knaves of the whole world over."
-Martin Luther

They remained the "bitter, virulent, and vicious enemies of Christians" ✝️

The wisest policy, Luther suggested, would be to expel them and “be rid of the unbearable, devilish burden.”

After publishing ‘On the Jews and Their Lies’, Luther wrote ‘Vom Schem Hamphoras und vom Geschlecht Christi’ , in which he equated Jews with the Devil:

“Here in Wittenburg, in our parish church, there is a sow carved into the stone under which lie young pigs and J3WS who are sucking; behind the sow stands a rabbi who is lifting up the right leg of the sow, raises behind the sow, bows down and looks with great effort into the Talmud under the sow, as if he wanted to read and see something most difficult and exceptional; no doubt they gained their Shem Hamphoras from that place.”

Luther believed that the devil 👺existed. He has firsthand knowledge of the devil’s attempts to remove the assurance of his salvation and cause him to question God’s promises. Luther was convinced that the devil used every means to disturb the church and bring about its destruction.

Nevertheless, some of Luther’s beliefs about the devil were based more on the paganism of the Middle Ages than on what the Bible truly teaches about the devil. The majority of what he says, nonetheless, is supported by the Bible.

In this way, Luther is a warning to be vigilant. He believed that the devil enjoyed it the most when God’s people pretended he didn’t exist.
