It is an established fact that Israelis systematically mass rape Palestinian children, boys, girls, men and women in their dungeons. But instead of using the term rape, the BBC and rest of the media class are laundering this actual systematic mass rape by just describing it as one individual case of a person being "severely mistreated".
And it's never stated as a fact, but merely an "accusation", an "allegation".

So they're now desperately doing a PR move to try to launder their actual systematic mass rape of innocent Palestinian babies, children, girls, boys, women and men by pretending it's just a few bad apples that they've now caught and have taken care of.
This is all part of that PR campaign: OMG this is so bad and terrible!
