The conspiracy theorist cosmology in which the world is controlled by secret societies is actually correct-- "secret societies" are just exclusive societies for the bourgeois class & its defenders-- the Jesuits, the Freemasons, NGOs, Think Tanks, "Foundations" etc.

This concept is explored constantly in "real academic philosophy" -- Habermas in his Public Sphere & Walter Lippmann's descriptions of the management of Public Opinion by elite society-- this is all pointing at the same thing-- this thing is called "Socialism" by laymen in the Anglosphere, it's the rule of elitist secret societies, a cryptocracy of secret societies that govern "from the shadows" of obscurity-- this is the nature of bourgeois society, the nature of bourgeois socialism, it is the rule by "bourgeois societies" over "communities at large" -- I might live in my town & can audit the town hall meetings, but the masonic lodge, the knights of Columbus lodge, the police union, etc-- that's where the actual governance occurs-- outside of public censure

I argued with Jehu & that insufferable Zero Hours guy (blocked now) about what "Bourgeois Socialism" is. Marx in Capital Vol 3 Chapter 10 says this: "we have a mathematically precise proof why capitalists form a veritable freemason society vis-a-vis the whole working-class, while there is little love lost between them in competition among themselves."

I think that's what we should tell Americans-- we have mathematically precise proof this conspiracy.

.@damn_jehu is correct in many theoretical aspects-- but he's geopolitically & historically one-sided & dogmatic to the point of demanding the American Department of Defense use drone fleets to enforce the 18 hour work week over the globe-- which is literally the plot of HG Wells "The Shape of Things to Come" where a conspiracy of aviators controls the globe by means of air superiority, enforcing the abolition of religion, the use of the English language, etc.

HG Wells was a Fabian Socialist & a Freemason (Grand Lodge of Minnesota)-- the Fabian Socialists founded the London School of Economics-- the Fabian Socialists emerged from a schism in a group called "The Socialist Society of the New Life" -- but when I describe this as "Bourgeois Socialism" he demands this to be called "Fascism" as if that makes any meaningful difference.

Myriad Americans are aware of all of this history & gaslighting them with theoretical jibber jabber just makes you look shady. It's completely pointless to suggest that this isn't "real socialism" because it contradicts some aspect Marx describes in the Grundrisse-- Marx isn't taken seriously by Anglo-Socialists-- they think Marx was just "one of many" socialists, & they critique Marx all the time, supplanting him with endless "Marxisms" which is what normal Americans describe as "Marxism" all of this dross.

Kamala Harris's father is a Marxist. Pete Buttigieg's father is a Marxist. When people talk about "The Marxist Fascism of Joe Biden" they're describing a meaningful historical reality that cannot be denied. If you deny the validity of their common sense description of reality, all you're doing is occluding that reality in order to be dogmatic about theory.
