In material terms, the greatest marxists of our day are Jeff Bezos & Alex Karp/Peter Thiel. They're actively seeking to "solve the market" by means of artificial intelligence organizing supply chains as if they were computational processes.
2
Bezos's entire schtick was treating "the distribution of packets of information" ie: books-- in material terms-- as a computational problem. Palantir has only extended this concept to the entirety of the global market. AWS & Palantir are partnered anyway. It's one thing.
3
Of course, as when Kojeve said that Henry Ford was materially & objectively the greatest marxist of the 20th century-- this wasn't appreciated by "marxists" who obsess over psychoanalysis & mythopoetic literary criticism.
4
The grad school theoretical marxist believes that he knows something that the richest people in the world don't know-- but he's wrong-- the CIA hires the best marxist theoreticians to consult for them-- they are not "capitalists"-- they're all socialists.
5
This form of "Titanic Socialism" is recognized with horror, sublime horror, by most-- due to the recognition of the proletarian exploitation that it accelerates-- but it's literally what will make Communism possible, as a material reality, & not merely as a "nice theory"
6
It's the same with 401ks & "Corporate Life"-- the Rockefeller clique are Socialists-- everyone is a Socialist-- particularly the consultants called in to streamline supply chains &c-- they're literally the "central planners" of the market-- the "Vanguard" of Technocratic Science
7
The reason why "Populism" or "The Proletarian Interest" is suppressed is because the Proletarian class are not capable of organizing something like Amazon by means of some hypothetical "distributed decision making structure"-- to the System, their "activism" is merely sabotage.
8
What happens to "Saboteurs" & "Activists" in every State? They are suppressed for threatening the functioning of "the System" of the global market's supply chains. This is not a unique feature of our society-- it's normative across all time, in every society.
9
China has their own Palantir, it's called Mininglamp, it's called Tongdun Technology, it's called Sensors Data, &c. This is how the Economy works in the 21st century. There's no alternative to these "data analytics" (central planning of the supply chain).
10
This notion that there is some "private interest" that exists is ideological-- there are only competing regimes for the algorithmic planning of economic reproduction via the global supply chain. All other discourse is entertainment.
11
"Culture"? What's that? You mean content? You mean toys? What is this "Culture"? Drama, you mean? Do you mean Drama & Gossip? What does that have to do with global supply chains? The Algorithm doesn't care what sort of porn you watch or what color doo-dad you purchase.
12
The truth is that you're bored & the way the world works is too complicated to understand without sitting through hours & hours of "corporate discourse" about supply chains-- you entertain yourself with LARPs. You're going to die.
13
You'd do more for the proletariat if you studied soil science & agricultural technique-- in China their marxists go to the country side & help farmers integrate into their supply chain with more advanced techniques &c. All this "cultural discourse" is a waste of time.
