Obviously this issue exists most prominently (so far as we know) in the Catholic Church & they struggle with the same issue-- trying to police it more strengthens the leverage of the blackmail chain, but being "lax" just means accepting that abuse is ongoing.
Sometimes I wonder if all the pushing for "acceptance of Minor Attracted Persons" is like a bunch of FBI assets appealing to society to counteract the leverage against them. "Please, forgive me preemptively, I don't want to be afraid of being outed anymore" etc.

Jesuits perhaps have the most influence on creating this sort of blackmailing system through its casuistry & intel networks, being often the court confessors of the powerful-- kinda like when Cartel Bosses confess to their Priest-- maybe you can atone with money boss

It's not really a step forward to be like "OK, we're just gonna start stoning pedophile priests to death" -- that just makes the blackmail chain an existential issue, ultimate leverage. The only real solution is-- surprise-- abolishing the Catholic Church entirely lol

Everyone's always trying to reform shit but the answer is almost always "Blow it up" -- "Nuke it"-- just fucking nuke it. You got pedophile priests? Nuke the Church. It's Satanic. You got pedophile Discords? Nuke the Servers. Salt the Earth.

My answer going forward is "Nuke It." Blow it up. John the Revelator Praying for Jesus Christ to Nuke It All. Drop the Bomb.
Jesus says "Tarry a while"-- I'm tarrying.
