American Youth should be reading Lord Byron, Shelley, Keats, William Blake, Emerson, Melville, Thoreau, Carlyle, Poe, Kerouac, Olson, Pound, Pynchon, Borges, Marquez, Bolano, Lorca, etc etc literally anything else, at least read fucking Plato before Nietzsche it's a disgrace
