3) Huperzine A
Dose: 100-200mcg (as needed)
Huperzine prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine by inhibitng acetylcholinesterase (AChE)
Unlike many other AChE inhibitors, Huperzine is selective for the G4 isoform
This is crucial as it reduces counterproductive side effects

Whether you like it or not, nicotine is cognitive-enhancing at 2-4mg
This is primarily due to its activation of the ฮฑ7 nicotinic cholinergic receptor
But it also binds to the ฮฑ4ฮฒ2 receptor, which is addictive
