The fastest way to increase your salary is to leave.

The average raise at a company is 3-5% per year.

The average salary jump from switching jobs is 15-30%.

Do the math.

Your company already knows what you are worth. They are just hoping you do not find out.

"But I am loyal."

Loyalty does not pay your bills. Your company will replace you in two weeks.

"But they might counter-offer."
