- Resisted Sprints, Build Ups, Curved Sprints
✅ Jumping
- Broad Jumps, Vertical Jumps, Pogos, Bounds
✅ Lifting
- Clean, Snatch, Jerk, Squat, Pulls
✅ Accessory
- Core, posterior chain, aerobic runs
