Step 2: Tool stack. Use tools that scale with you: Scriptwriting: ChatGPT Plus ($20/mo) for long-form structured scripts with hooks & retention triggers. Voiceovers: ElevenLabs Pro (HD AI voices that don’t sound like a GPS). Editing: Premiere Pro OR paid CapCut Pro for bulk templates + brand kits. Stock: Storyblocks or Artgrid (massive libraries, all royalty-free). Music/SFX: Epidemic Sound (no copyright headaches).
Step 3: Assembly line. Your workflow should look like this: Keyword/topic research Script generation & refinement Voiceover production Video edit & thumbnail creation Upload + optimize Every step has a tool. Every tool is paid. That’s why it works faster.
Step 4: Titles & Thumbnails Titles: 6–8 words, curiosity + stakes. Thumbnails: hire on Fiverr ($5–10) or use a paid Canva Pro account for brand consistency. No beige, no clutter. High contrast, clear focal point.
Step 5: Scaling Month 1–2: Do everything yourself to learn. Month 3–4: Start outsourcing editing + thumbnails to vetted freelancers. Month 5+: You manage the pipeline, not the production. The goal is to remove yourself from every step except strategy.
