YouTube automation for clueless people.

I’m writing this so even if you’re “I don’t know how to copypaste” dumb, you can’t mess it up.

This will be long and tactical 🧵
2
Most people fail because they think automation = free tools and free info will get them to financial freedom.

Nope.

The tools cost money.
Alot of shit costs money.

If you’re allergic to that, stop reading.

Even the courses that WILL get you that financial freedom cost money

I’ll be blunt, this thread is the free crumbs.
The real meal is inside Faceless Success.

If you read this, try to duct-tape it together, and then come back in 3 months saying “it didn’t work” that’s on you.

Link’s in my bio. I’m not repeating it again.

Step 1: Pick a monetizable niche.

Forget random “whatever I feel like” uploads.

You want niches that:
Have high CPM
Are evergreen
Have proven faceless formats

Examples: finance, true crime, documentaries, history, productivity.

You copy proven angles before reinventing anything.
6
Step 2: Tool stack.

Use tools that scale with you:

Scriptwriting: ChatGPT Plus ($20/mo) for long-form structured scripts with hooks & retention triggers.

Voiceovers: ElevenLabs Pro (HD AI voices that don’t sound like a GPS).

Editing: Premiere Pro OR paid CapCut Pro for bulk templates + brand kits.

Stock: Storyblocks or Artgrid (massive libraries, all royalty-free).

Music/SFX: Epidemic Sound (no copyright headaches).
7
Step 3: Assembly line.

Your workflow should look like this:

Keyword/topic research
Script generation & refinement
Voiceover production
Video edit & thumbnail creation
Upload + optimize

Every step has a tool. Every tool is paid. That’s why it works faster.
8
Step 4: Titles & Thumbnails

Titles: 6–8 words, curiosity + stakes.

Thumbnails: hire on Fiverr ($5–10) or use a paid Canva Pro account for brand consistency.

No beige, no clutter. High contrast, clear focal point.
9
Step 5: Scaling

Month 1–2: Do everything yourself to learn.
Month 3–4: Start outsourcing editing + thumbnails to vetted freelancers.
Month 5+: You manage the pipeline, not the production.

The goal is to remove yourself from every step except strategy.

Recap

Pick high-CPM niche
Steal proven formats
Use paid tools for speed & quality
Build a repeatable pipeline
Outsource once profitable

Everything else? Inside Faceless Success.

I already gave you the preview, now decide if you want the rest.
