Most people try to change their sense of "not good enough" from the head.

But it’s actually more effective to change it physically in the body. This is how:

Gratitude is the antidote

But not the kind of gratitude that you would expect.

It’s not gratitude journaling, it’s gratitude mixed with the voice in your head.

Imagine your internal voice says: “Not enough money, not enough money...”

Or: “I’m an idiot, I’m an idiot...”

Here is a 7-minute practice you can do:

1. Find a trusted friend and sit across from each other
2. Relax your body and take a deep breath in
3. One after the other say one sentence of something you’re grateful for

Make sure it’s around the topic of feeling “not good enough”.

Keep going one sentence at a time and notice the physical feeling in your body.

Do this daily for a month and watch your life literally rewire itself.

When we’re solving problems we think: what’s wrong and how do I fix it?

Gratitude focuses on: what’s right and how do I grow it?
