In September 2022, when Felix of Stray Kids flew to Paris as a companion for another member for a YSL Beauty event, fans spotted him multiple times not with that member but with a woman. Further discovery brought fans to the awareness that it was Song Jieun

After that, there were many instances of Song Jieun, Stylist_hmm and others working on brand activities for Felix outside of Stray Kids activities
Things got to a head when fans discovered that this stylist was also the same one that accused EXO's Suho of stealing 300 pairs of sponsored shoes to the extent that SM sued her for defamation
Fans would later discover that stylist_hmm was recruited due to her proximity to brand PRs, she was the stylist for Lee Seojin, a house friend of Bulgari and got Felix invited to the Bulgari serpenti event on June 28th in Seoul. Felix was later deleted off Bulgari's social media
After being called out for only attending fashion week shows with Felix, she began to hide herself from the camera at his shows while bringing herself forward at other members shows in order to change the narrative

In 2023, Eagle eyed fans spotted Song Jieun on the Instagram stories of Mina Fujita Bessho, an image director and friends with the creative director of Louis Vuitton, she captioned the picture "photo" by Felix.

In 2025 Claire Melwani, a Consultant & Producer for the Asia Board of the BAFTAs credited her invite to Stray Kids concert in Hong Kong to Shannen (Song Jieun and Felix) she was later advised (probably by Song Jieun) to edit her caption to JYP instead of their names.
She also used a similar caption with regards to her invitation to Stray Kids' performance at BST Hyde Park Festival.
She later revealed that she was invited to Stray Kids tour in 2020 by a friend.
