After years of struggling with my online business, I finally...

The hardest part of business is leads
• The leads that come from ads are transactional.
• That leads that come from writing & sharing ideas are invested in what you do.
My cheat code is I've leaned more into who I am. So I attract the right type of customer.
Having one offer is stupid. Different people need different things.
If you only do coaching, consulting, or freelancing you're selling yourself short.
An offer stack means you can sell:
• Courses
• Workshops
• Masterminds
• Group coaching
• In-person events
• Digital assets (templates, systems)
• Done with you, done for you, do it yourself
Broke leads are the worst. They want...
• Coupons
• Discounts
• Long sales cycles
• And $10,000 of value for $49
Then even when they buy they still complain.
To turn the tide in your favor you have to speak the language of the wealthy.
• Speak in a confident tone
• Show results, not promises
• Actually have value to offer them
• Cut all the big words & salesy slime
• Have elements of exclusivity + private invites
Most offers are hyperbole clickbait.
"Supercharge," "change your life," "unbelievable results," "millionaires club."
Real offers that make millions of dollars have a plan, achievable numbers & proven systems.
No one wants a promise. They want a tangible outcome with an appropriate timeframe.
If you call yourself a coach or consultant you sound like everybody else.
So you'll be compared with loads of other coaches and have to fight for clients.
They'll probably screw you on price too. DO NOT USE ANY LABEL THAT OTHERS USE.
One-off sales suck ass. You can't build a life on them & it's too volatile.
Use one-off offers to attract customers, then sell them recurring client offers.
Platforms like Kajabi suck.
To make real money you must be able to easily do:
• Upsells
• Cross-sells
• Downsells
• Paid in fulls
• Order bumps
• 'Thank you' page offers
A direct Stripe account also can't do this. You'll need one of these:
• Samcart
• Thrivecart
• Click funnels
• GHL
Websites are dead. No one cares.
One-page landing pages will make you millions. I use Carrd.
Have a web developer make them s*xy, then link to them from your email list or webinars.
There's a lot of money to be made going live. Try out webinars & summits.
Why? Offer fatigue is real.
Every few weeks you need to switch which offer you're selling. The aim is to cycle.
When one gets stale then take it away or radically change it.
Cap spots when selling products/services
Offer a logical deadline for when things go away. Always being open is the fastest way to go broke.
Just don't B.S. Be legit.
Stop listening to losers, society & your assumptions.
Actually do things then collect data. Let the data guide you.
The market tells me when I'm solving the right problem. I listen.
They will ban & censor you without questioning it. Build an email list, not a stupid audience.
Use social, don't let it use you. Build the email list and email the list.
All the money is made with your email list.
This is the fastest way to explode your email list growth. Take what you know and make it a short email course.
Overdeliver. Don't be a tightarse.
Use Kit to automatically deliver the course to every new subscriber
Otherwise you'll be sending boring emails that don't persuade people to take action.
The better your copy the more money you make. This is a skill I've aggressively got better at.
My business adopted a Bitcoin strategy back when tech giant Microstrategy did.
Every dollar from the business goes into Bitcoin. It's rapidly increased our profits.
People think I'm crazy. When you understand how money works it makes sense
(Not financial advice)
99% of people will ignore this thread.
This strategy is probably worth $1M-$10M to anyone who implements it.
I don't give a f*ck if you do. But if you want to, then this is how I made millions of dollars online.
That's how I became free. You can do the same.
