Vitamin K2 exists in 2 main forms: MK-4 and MK-7.
The research on K2 is pretty split between both. Both have utility.
Personally, I've always used MK-4 with myself and clients.

MK4 is most abundant in liver, egg yolks, hard cheeses, and dark chicken meat.
MK-7 is mainly in natto (fermented soybeans), certain aged cheeses (Brie, Gouda), miso, sauerkraut & kimchi.
However, for some of these effects, you might need to supplement for bigger doses.
