1. FOAMY URINE - a "normal" sign of poor health.

The urine contains a few soap-like substances:

These cause the urine to be thick + foamy.

It is normal for the urine to be foamy in the morning,

but if it is ALWAYS like this, something's wrong.

2. COATED TONGUE - A "normal" red flag

Literally everyone has this if you start to look for it.

This is a bacterial or fungal biofilm that forms in the gut and extends to the mouth.

If it's in the back and has this kinda yellowish tint, it's likely bacterial.

FIXING A COATED TONGUE:

Ensure good GUT MOTILITY.

Without that, the contents of the gut move back upwards towards the mouth.

‣ Raw carrot
‣ Coffee
‣ Mastic gum

are good starts.

If motility is good, then consider antimicrobials.

3. A CRASH AFTER EATING

It is normal to feel relaxed after eating,

but if you get severe lethargy, you either:

1. Depend on stress hormones for energy, and when you eat, lowering stress, your metabolism does not work properly.

2. You get tons of inflammation when eating.

If driven by high post meal inflammation,

you're likely absorbing tons of bacterial toxins (LPS) that you shouldn't be, causing inflammation + fatigue.

Antimicrobials can be helpful here as well.

4. WAKING UP TO PEE

Again very common, but NOT normal.

The medical term for this is "nocturia," and is commonly caused by night time STRESS.

5. ALWAYS WANTING TO BE ALONE

Sadly this has become very normalized, but humans are social beings.

Social withdrawal is a sign of sickness.

Injection of endotoxin causes social disconnection.

Endotoxin originates in the gut, leaking into the blood with gut issues or stress.

SOLVING ANTI-SOCIAL TENDENCIES

Endotoxin seems to be a primary trigger here, so again antimicrobials should be helpful.

Improving gut barrier function with things like:

★ Zinc Carnosine
★ Lactoferrin

& more can reduce the leakage of endotoxin into the blood.
