Step 1: Stop making it worse Before you rebuild, stop the bleeding. • Cut the habit draining you daily • Distance from the person adding to your stress • Stop consuming content that makes you feel behind • Sleep. Eat. Move. Basic things first. You cannot build on a broken foundation.

Step 2: Get honest about where you actually are Not where you wish you were. Not where you planned to be. Where you actually are, right now. Write it down. Be brutal. No sugarcoating. That’s your real starting point.

Step 3: Pick one thing to fix this month - Not your whole life - Not a new routine - Not a 90-day transformation plan One thing. The thing that, if fixed, makes everything else slightly easier. Start there..
