Bad sleep. Missed workouts. Airport food. Jet lag. 9 non-negotiables that keep me on-protocol no matter where I am in the world:

My non-negotiables when I travel: Movement every day Protein + hydration first Protecting my sleep at all costs Keeping my supplements + peptides organized Sunlight and circadian rhythm support Journaling and quiet time to reset my mind Here's exactly what I pack:

My supplement container. Pre-portioned for every day of the trip. I don't skip my stack just because I'm in a hotel.

Peptides in a travel case. Insulated, organized. The same protocol at 30,000 feet as at home.

Protein powder + electrolytes. Travel destroys hydration and muscle. These two prevent both.

My journal. I always carry my journal everywhere I go. It helps me to clear my head and process.

Massage balls + crystal wand. For the tight neck on the plane. For the lower back after 9 hours sitting.

Cold blanket + pillow from Intelligent Threads. Hotel bedding is the silent killer of travel sleep.

A protocol for landing. AM landing? Sunlight on bare skin immediately. PM landing? Skip the meal, hydrate, sleep early. Your circadian rhythm doesn't adjust on its own.

A gym, booked before I land. Cardio + training within 24 hours of arrival. Movement is how I beat jet lag, every time.

An open mind. For the miracles, the conversations, and the solutions you can only find 12 time zones from home.

You don't need to be "perfect" when you travel. You just need systems that keep you feeling like yourself.
