#Breaking Plea filed in Delhi HC seeking contempt of court action against Arvind Kejriwal, several AAP leaders and journalist Ravish Kumar for allegedly publishing on social media recordings of court proceedings when Kejriwal argued recusal application before J Swarana Kanta Sharma. The petition has been filed by advocate Vaibhav Singh. Apart from Kejriwal and Ravish Kumar, action has been sought against Congress leader Digvijay Singh, AAP's Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh as well as Sanjeev Jha, Purandeep Sawhney, Jarnail Singh, Mukesh Ahlawat and Vinay Mishra.
The petition, filed as a public interest litigation (PIL) petition, also seeks removal of the videos published.
