Scouting report on Amar Dedić
Tried a new design with this one, bit cleaner, but without the playstyle text box which I'll provide below👇 Playstyle: Amar Dedić is a Bosnian attacking right fullback currently playing for Benfica. Good size, athletic, very good pace, agility, great engine and capacity to make high amount of sprints and high intensity runs. He's an all-around threat in final third with his dribbles and carries. High volume dueler, very effective creator. - On the ball, he's always looking to progress the ball either with passing or carrying. His excellent pace and very good ball control while running allow him to eat ground effectively, ride contact and dribble past multiple players with ease. Very quick feet, he's agile, can shift gears, change directions and weave past players even in tight spaces. - Passing wise he's always looking to progress, not afraid of hitting risky passes like through balls, fancy ships or vertical passes through central areas. Quite accurate, but the power he puts in them ensure they are hard to intercept, but sometimes his accuracy suffers because of it. He's bit hesitant to switch sides or attempts long passes, but he's shown flashes of being decent in that area as well. He's of the best attacking fullbacks around, creative, sharp, gets into the final third and penalty box with ease, takes shots and gets at the end of the loose balls/rebounds. - Defensively, Dedić is a typical high-pressing, aggressive defenders, looking to push and stick by you, tries to read the game, intercept and block passing lanes, more than waiting, positioning himself correctly and tackling at right time with timing and accuracy. His tendency to get forward and contribute in attack leaves him exposed at the back and this is another area where he isn't the sharpest as he often fails to track runners behind, but if he does, he has the recovery pace and engine to do it. In 1v1 situations his quick feet and long legs allow him to face wingers and be quite effective at stopping them, wins around 63% of his individual matchups which is relatively high for a fullback. Playstyle is very similar to Joao Cancelo, but I'd say he's bit less consistent/polished technically. Aleix Vidal is another play who had similar playstyle, but was more powered by pace than pure dribbling and playmaking ability.
Feedback on the design is appreciated, I'm still figuring things out and will continue changing, adapting and creating some new graphics with more different info in the future.
