The most important skill to master for 2026: Learning How to Learn. Here's a 60-second system to learn and remember anything 10x faster (from a Nobel Prize-winning physicist) The Feynman Technique: 🧵

This framework is from the Nobel Prize-winning physicist, Richard Feynman. Known as "The Great Explainer," Feynman could break down quantum mechanics for non-scientists. His secret? He didn't just memorize—he TRULY understood.

With his technique, you'll: Learn faster, think more clearly, and outsmart 95% of your peers. Here's the 4-step framework…

Step 1: Choose your concept + Ask questions. Grab a pen + paper. Write what you want to learn at the top. Write every curious question that comes to mind. Search for answers and repeat until you feel ready to teach it.

Step 2: Break it down for a 5-year-old. Use simple words, draw pictures, use arrows and analogies... • What is it? • Why does it matter? • What problem does it solve? If you can't explain it simply, you don't truly understand it yet.

Step 3: Identify gaps and review. After your first attempt, review your notes: • Where did I stumble? • What parts felt fuzzy or unclear? • Did I use any jargon or complex terms? These gaps are GOLD—they show you exactly what you need to relearn.

Step 4: Simplify and refine. Now you're a sculptor. Simplify if too complex. Teach out loud if not confident. Draw diagrams if relationships are unclear. Feynman said: "If you can't reduce it to something simple, you don't understand it well enough."

The 4-step Feynman Technique: Step 1: Choose concept → Ask questions. Step 2: Teach it like you're explaining to a child. Step 3: Identify gaps → Review & Relearn. Step 4: Simplify → Refine until crystal clear. Master this, and you'll never struggle to learn again.

This is only the surface-level of the Feynman Technique If you're interested, my free guide will show you how to elevate this technique with spaced repetition, active learning, and flashcards.
