“I have bad genetics.” That’s the excuse most low-testosterone men hide behind when they don’t want to take responsibility. Here’s the actual truth 🧵👇

1. You can’t change your DNA. But you can absolutely change how it expresses itself. That’s called epigenetics. Your daily habits decide which genes get turned on and which stay dormant. If you notice, genes only set the ceiling. Your lifestyle decides how close you ever get to it.

2. Most men blaming “bad genetics” are just stacking bad decisions daily. Sleeping five hours. Eating cereal, seed oils, and junk. No sunlight. No lifting. Stressed all day, scrolling and jerking off at night. Always indoors. Never grounded. Hooked on porn, sugar, and validation. That’s not genetics. That’s a lack of discipline.

TIP: I share science-backed ways to improve hormones, energy, and metabolism. Go to my profile → Highlights → Learn what actually works.

3. Testosterone is built, not handed out at birth. Even if you started low, you can still optimize every system that controls testosterone production: HPA axis for stress and sleep Thyroid hormones T3 and T4 Liver detox pathways Testicular function Insulin sensitivity SHBG, DHT, LH, and FSH balance This goes way deeper than “eat more protein and lift.” That’s why most guys stay stuck.

4. The “Bad Genetics” Testosterone Protocol Sleep 7.5 to 9 hours in a dark room. No phone before bed. Lift heavy 3 to 5 times a week. Compounds over isolation. Walk 10k steps daily, especially after meals. Get 15 to 30 minutes of sunlight before 10am. Eat roughly 1 gram of red meat per pound of bodyweight. Cut PUFAs, alcohol, and porn. Use magnesium, zinc, boron, and vitamin D3 if needed. Use cold exposure and hot sauna. Have a purpose. You’re not a lab experiment. You’re a man.

5. Stop blaming your genetics. Yes, some men start ahead. That doesn’t mean you’re finished. Testosterone is built through daily pressure and consistency. If you show up with intention and intensity, it responds. Even if you’re starting from the bottom.
