Instead of markdown files, I've been getting my AI to save plans in GitHub issues. Claude Code is AWESOME at using the GitHub CLI. Means you don't have endless THROWAWAY_PLAN.md files spamming the repo.
Also means I can make these plans while doing other work, or spawn a background agent to handle them.
This is even cooler when you think you can just tag Claude in your issue created by Claude to have Claude work on it. Spawning subagents, but across computers
