when i ask new meteora users “what’s your playstyle?” the usual answer is multi-hour or multi-day that’s fine, but few know how to use meteora in degen style here’s the guide 🧵

/ i see a ca scanned in @met_lparmy dc… then what? ㆍopen the chart in dexscreener / gmgn / axiom ㆍcheck the 5m volume. for degen play i want >200k / 5min so it’s actually printing. much better if the 1min vol > 100k ㆍcheck bundles in trench.bot (some tickers need bundle to run) ㆍcheck holders >1k, top holder %, and which KOLs are aping

/ i think this ticker is good… what’s next? next step: check the pool timing is everything when volume’s hot, so move fast. here’s how: ㆍin lp army dc, the bot shows what pools are live ㆍfaster: paste the ca into metlex-dlmm-bot in lp army discord ㆍor go to gmgn → liquidity tab → if you see meteora pool added, click solscan link to find the dlmm pool ㆍyou can also check @RocketScan_fun → dlmm section. it’s super responsive in catching new pools for fresh launches

/ how to set min range? my strat = one-side single sol and i use supertrend indicator to determine min range ㆍuse at timeframe 30s or 1m ㆍset the min range = at / just below green line supertrend ㆍadjust by volume: tighter range if volume is big bonus: you can simulate your strategy here → geeklad.github.io/meteora-dlmm-p…

/ volatility strategy (ba / spot / curve) it depends on your profit target, risk, and withdraw style ⮞ ba → easy to withdraw since most of your liquidity sits at the bottom. you don’t need to wait for all tokens to convert back into sol before exiting ⮞ spot / curve → better for catching upside fees, but harder to master. needs practice + experience i mostly stick with ba, but sometimes i switch to spot. my formula: 🍖 how often the setup happens (frequency) 🍖 how good the setup is (expectancy) rare ticker + strong lore → use spot good volume + common ticker → use ba (tight range or test with wide range first)

/ meteora settings we’re in high risk / high vol mode so you need to change your setting into mine: swap slippage = 20% swap fee = 0.001 sol why high slippage? at 5%, rugs can lock you out (tx fail). at 20%, you can always exit don’t forget: zap out feature exists for fast close position & auto swap x.com/MeteoraAG/stat…

/ how long do i stay on position? for me: 2–5 min, max 10 min since we're playing on high risk setup for me better to catch quick profit rather than stay in range for a long time and the ticker rugged also it depends on your profit profile, if you're already satisfied with the profit you can just close your position ➢ check realtime pnl in @UseUltraLP / @lpagent_io

/ ending that’s what i know about using meteora in degen style remember: in meteora we stack small profits, and over time they add up to something big stay focused, adapt to the flow, and keep printing follow for more on-chain strats + meteora degen guides 👊
