Dear Son, As a human, there are fundamental obligations you must follow Regardless of the religion you will follow, but These 12 are non-negotiable: 👇

1. Guard Your Word If you say it, do it. Your reputation will outlive your achievements. Speak less, mean more. Once your word is doubted, everything else you do will be second-guessed.

2. Master Your Temper Every man feels anger. Few know what to do with it. Learn to pause before you respond. Violence, regret, or shame often live one second past your impulse. Control buys clarity.

3. Care for the Body That Carries You Your body is your first responsibility. Feed it well. Move it daily. Let it rest. This isn’t about vanity, it’s about stamina. Life will ask more of you than you expect. Be ready.

4. Protect Those Weaker Than You Strength is not for dominance. It is for protection. If you see someone being mistreated and you stay silent, you're part of the harm. Step in. Be firm. Be just.

5. Tell the Truth. Especially When It's Costly Honesty when it's easy is just convenience. True integrity is visible when the truth makes you uncomfortable. Say what’s real, not what’s easy.

6. Work Without Complaining Work is sacred. Whether it’s your job, your duty, or your role in a crisis, do it with focus and without theatrics. Complaining drains you. Quiet execution builds you.

7. Respect Time, Yours and Others’ Be early. End on time. Don’t waste your hours, and don’t steal other people’s. The people who rise aren’t always the smartest, just the ones who respected time the longest.

8. Leave Places Better Than You Found Them Whether it’s a room, a relationship, or a reputation, your presence should improve it. Never treat things as disposable. Your mark should always be constructive, not corrosive.

9. Keep Your Emotions Under Governance Feel everything. But don’t act on everything. Pain, jealousy, fear, they are all part of you. But they do not get to drive. Mature men feel fully but act wisely.

10. Choose Who You Stand Beside Be loyal, but not blind. Some people will drain your strength. Some will double it. Choose people with principles, not just charm. You're building a legacy, not a fan club.

11. Learn to Sit in Silence If you always need music, noise, or company, you’ll never meet yourself. Silence will sharpen your judgment, reset your energy, and keep you sane. Make space for it. Often.

12. Give Without Needing Praise You’ll know you’ve grown when you give something valuable and expect nothing in return. Contribution without ego is the final form of manhood. Be the one who shows up, quietly, consistently, without a camera.

Son, These obligations build a life of strength, peace, and legacy. Do them not for applause, but because they’re right from generations.
