The 9/11 attacks were planned by George HW Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Henry Kissinger. These 4 men were possessed by the dark leaders of the cabal (archons, fallen angels), who are the family of the Nebulac reptilian, Pidkozox (satan) and the Sirian, Oppisheklio (lucifer), and are now confined in a Galactic Federation base in Antarctica. Henry Kissinger was Pidkozox's final human vessel, with the possession invited through a blood sacrifice ritual. This scale of this operation would have only been possible with a secure network of satanists and controlled clones. The cabal doesn't need terrorists willing to die for their beliefs, or the obedience of politicians, when they have access to rapidly-grown, mind-controlled clones.
