El volumen total de entrenamiento es inversamente proporcional a la intensidad de entrenamiento (medida por el % peso en función de tu 1RM). Si vas a mover cargas pesadas (reps bajas), el número total de repeticiones (aunque normalmente hagas más series) y el kilaje total movido serán menores que si vas a mover cargas moderadas (reps medias-altas).
