I hate these ‘good vs. bad’ sprint form videos. It’s rarely that simple, especially when you don’t know the athlete, their sport, or the context. Everyone wants to argue frontside vs. backside like it’s a binary opposition, but they’re often missing the point.

The bigger issue is that these videos create the illusion that a specific technical model = guaranteed output. But mechanics don’t exist in a vacuum. They’re built on physical qualities, one’s leverages/build, skill set, etc. Trying to mimic angles and positions doesn’t always
