From Episode 1, we have been able to understand the three types of key levels that we have (A shaped, V shaped & Open-Close). Now we’d take it further into what happens when your key levels get violated.
A shaped key level becomes violated when price closes above it. Your first expectation from here is to be open to buying from the exact level that got violated. Your second expectation is to be open to selling from it the moment the ‘future’ candle closes below it.
V shaped key level becomes violated when price closes below it. Your first expectation from here is to be open to selling from the exact level that got violated. Your second expectation is to be open to buying from it the moment the ‘future’ candle closes below it.
Bullish Open-Close key level becomes violated when price closes below it. Your first expectation from here is to be open to selling from the exact level that got violated. Your second expectation is to be open to buying from it the moment the ‘future’ candle closes above it.
