The Court notes that both Punjab and Haryana have submitted their respective status reports. According to Punjab's report, discussions between the leaders of the farmers’ movement and the State are ongoing within the framework of the High-Powered Committee (HPC), with the next meeting scheduled for May 4. The Court took note of Haryana’s status report, which confirmed that, following the dispersal of protesters, barricades at the Khanauri border have been removed. Normal traffic movement has resumed at both border points, and toll collection operations are now underway. The State further informed the Court that all necessary arrangements have been made to facilitate the functioning of the High-Powered Committee (HPC). Haryana assured that it will continue to provide assistance to the HPC as and when required. Additionally, the Court acknowledged receipt of the latest report submitted by the HPC.
