SCANDALOUS SECRET WAHHABI FATWA In it, the highest-ranking Wahhabi authorities encourage Muslims to celebrate the Christian British Empire slaughtering Sunni Ottomans. This is because Ottomans are considered kafir murtads worse than Jews and Christians. This is a fatwa from 1333 AH (1915 CE) written by Sulayman ibn Sahman (1850-1930), that is accompanied by an endorsement from Abdullāh ibn Abd al-Latif (1848-1920). These are two of the highest ranking authorities in the history of the Wahhabi movement. The fatwa states that according to the Wahhabi creed, Ottoman Sunni Muslims are kafir murtads, and that their level of disbelief (kufr) is worse than that of Jews and Christians who are standard kafirs (kafir asli). It is further argued that even though Ottoman Sunnis claim to be Muslims, their status is like that of the Nusayris/Alawis who also claim to be Muslims. Both are in reality kafirs worse than Jews and Christians. For this reason, Muslims should hope that the Christian European imperial armies - including the British army - succeed in killing Ottoman Sunnis and destroying their empire. This fatwa is largely unknown because Wahhabis aggressively hide historical documents which reveal the truth about their movement. However the fatwa is essential for understanding the movement. In reality, the highest-ranking Wahhabi authorities have always encouraged non-Muslim armies to attack and kill non-Wahhabi Muslims residing outside of Saudi Arabia. They encouraged the British to do this to the Ottomans. Then they encouraged the US to do this to the Iraqis, and helped them accomplish this goal. Now they are encouraging the Israelis and the US to do this to Muslims in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, and Iran. Once again they are also helping the Israelis and the US accomplish this goal. Like the ancient Kharijis (who they are inspired by), Wahhabis practice taqiyya, where they hide their true beliefs from ordinary Sunnis. Thus, they hide the fact that Ibn Abd al-Wahhab and his followers mass takfired the entire Sunni Ottoman empire and then started killing them and looting their wealth in a supposed jihad. Wahhabis also hide the fact that they consider it to be legitimate to slaughter Sufis and Shia in their homes and mosques - and have repeatedly engaged in this practice. Wahhabis likewise hide the fact that they consider Asharis and Maturidis to have beliefs which make them kafir murtads who must be executed (even though they typically hold that the execution should be delayed temporarily due to al-udhr bi-l-jahl). TRANSLATED PORTIONS OF THE FATWA "Question: What is your view — may Allah prolong your virtue — regarding the Turkish state and the Christians — may Allah curse them all: which of the two is greater in disbelief? And which of the two factions deserves to be granted victory over the other? Give us a fatwa, may you be rewarded. May Allah grant you Paradise — Āmīn! Answer: All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the one after whom there is no prophet. Know — may Allah grant you success — that the disbelief (kufr) of these cursed ones — the Turkish state — is greater than that of the Jews and Christians, and their harm to Islam and the Muslims is far greater than that of the Christians. That is because they are apostates who have turned away from Islam, and the apostate is more severely disbelieving than the one who was originally a disbeliever — as will be clarified through definitive evidences and clear proofs." ... "There is no doubt that these apostates — the Turkish soldiers and others — are more disbelieving (akfar) than the Jews and Christians. This is clearly known from the words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, just as he confirmed regarding the Nusayriyyah (Alawites). It is well known that these people outwardly display Islam, they profess the shahādah (testimony of faith), pray Jumu‘ah (Friday) and in congregation, and even appoint judges when they gain control — as they did when they seized Egypt." ... "So once it becomes clear to you that: The Persians were idolaters, worshipers of false gods and statues; The Romans were People of the Book: And the polytheists of Quraysh rejoiced at the victory of the Persians over the Romans because both they and the Persians were idolaters— while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his companions rejoiced at the Romans’ victory over the Persians because the Romans were People of the Book. Although both groups — Persians and Romans — were disbelievers by default (kufr aṣlī), the Muslims rejoiced in the victory of the Romans because they had a revealed scripture, whereas the Persians did not, being instead worshipers of idols and false deities. It is well known that the disbelief of the apostate (murtadd) is more severe than the disbelief of the original disbeliever (kāfir aṣlī), as we have already established through evidence. Therefore, rejoicing at the victory of the People of the Book over the idolaters in our own time is even more appropriate — because the disbelievers in this case [e.g., the Ottoman Turks] are apostates who turned away from Islam, and thus their disbelief is worse. But when the Christians gained the upper hand over the Turks in our time, and [the Turks] were the more immediate enemy, if we could have been secure from those behind the Christians, and if matters had aligned, we would have favored it. So we loved — and used to pray to Allah: That He confuse these groups with one another, That He make them taste each other’s violence, That He occupy some of them with others, That He prevent them from raising a banner, That He not place any of them in authority over Islam, That He perpetuate conflict between them, And that He grant the Muslims security and well-being from the harm of both groups. We also prayed: That Allah grant victory to His religion, His Messenger, His Book, and His believing servants. This speech is directed to those who already believe in the disbelief of the [Ottoman] state. As for those who do not believe in its disbelief at all — there is a separate answer for them."
