I’m 38. If you’re a man in your 20s, 30s, or 40s, read this before it’s too late:

1. Quit that boring job as soon as you can Life is too short to sit in a cubicle office & get told what to do by some idiot in a penguin suit. There's more to life than: • Meetings • Conferences • CEO speeches • And f*cking powerpoint decks Get a real career. Build a business. Or become a freelancer. Do work that doesn't feel like work

2. Get obsessed Most people have goals but they never make much progress toward them. • No sense of urgency • The goal is too small • They easily get busy Dial up the intensity if you want to be successful

3. Fall in love Dating is overrated. Sleeping around is immature. Commit to one woman & your life will improve 10X

4. Trust merit more than you do credentials

5. Consider moving to a tax haven Tax is your biggest expense. Where you live matters. And if you can work from anywhere then may as well save on tax. Or... at least, become a contractor and get paid into a company bank account. Saves heaps on tax (not financial advice)

6. Optimize for more free time more than money No amount of money is enough. What you really want is free time to enjoy life & travel When I got offered a pay rise I traded it in for a 4-day workweek. Best decision ever.

7. Throw your headphones in the bin I have a high-pitched ringing in my ear. It's because of headphones. Take them off & enjoy the world + It'll save your hearing.

8. Turn off Mr Andrew Tate-Hate Aggressive dudes swearing at you isn't going to help you. The guy will likely go to jail. And you'll feel stupid for worshipping him. Choose better male role models. (I recommend Keanu Reeves)

9. Turn off p*rn • It rots your mind, • makes your d*ck weak, • forces you to think physical looks matter more than they do It also fries your dopamine receptors so the world looks boring. Detox, man

10. Push yourself harder in the gym Plenty of people go to the gym, but they don't go hard enough so nothing happens. A better body comes from intense struggle. You should be dripping with sweat at the end.

11. Stop watching so much Netflix It doesn't move your life forward. If you really want to relax then go out into nature.

12. Quit spending so much time playing video games. Grow up. Instead, the best video game you can play is to start a business. Life is the real video game. Get out & play it

13. Avoid the casinos of life • Meme coins • Day trading stocks • FX trading Just invest in assets you're happy to own for 10+ years... or buy some Bitcoin.

14. Give up fast food It makes you feel like sh*t afterward. Worse, it steals all your energy. A man without energy is weak & easily manipulated

15. Try writing weird stuff online It's a way to make sense of the madness because writing is thinking It's a way to take your life experiences & create value for others. Those who give online get all the opportunities

16. Have kids when you feel too young They're such a joy. They teach you more about life than a 4 year Harvard degree. If you can't have kids, then consider adoption

17. Get sunlight early in the morning Sounded dumb to me at first. But it helps you wake up & feel good Staying indoors all the time is bad for your mental health.

18. Invest in a stand-up desk If your back breaks your life breaks

19. Upgrade your EQ, not IQ When you do you become a sales master that can ethically persuade anyone to do anything. That skill can be used to build a movement
