diatomaceous earth will rid you (and your pets) of parasites. it's inert, it works mechanically, what it does is get trapped in the orifices of the little critters and kills them so your body can eliminate them.
Wormwood and black chestnut are good too but they work metabolically and can be hard on your liver. Regularly consuming apple cider vinegar/oregano oil/cayenne makes your gut an inhospitable place for them, and while not 100% effective for prevention it's been head and shoulders above doing nothing ime.
With parasites prevention is key. I don't believe in germ theory, which is what western medicine is based on. I believe in terrain theory, we are hosts to disease and parasites.
