1. Limit alcohol consumption 2. Don't eat anything with added sugars - if it isn't naturally occurring, don't eat it 3. Cook all your foods in butter, tallow & ghee 4. Remove all seed oils from your diet (canola oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil etc)
