This is Joe Dispenza. A world-renowned neuroscientist. He teaches people how to brainwash themselves into thinking on a higher level. Some say he's a fraud & supernatural. Here are 10 of his insights that shifted the trajectory of my life (and will do the same for you):

The people who say Joe's a fraud don't understand him. They live a mindless life. We can learn from everyone – especially the people we don't understand. Let's learn from Joe.

1. When your day runs on a program you’ve lost your free will to control your mind The program is full of a memorized set of: • behaviors • fixed attitudes • unconscious habits • a set of beliefs & perceptions • emotional reactions (some addictive) Programs hypnotize you.

2. Meditation is a way to enter the secret back door of the mind • "Meditation enables us to move from higher frequency brain waves to lower frequency and calm the mind." - Joe

• Slower wavelengths allows for more time between thoughts which then offers us more opportunities to skilfully choose the thoughts we invest in. - Joe • To walk through the entrance of your mind’s operating system is to go beyond the analytical mind. It's like a fortress.

3. Two ways to change: - Wait for tragedy to force you to change - Embrace change right now You’ll miss the best parts of life if you wait for change to wake you up. And the risk is the tragedy fails to wake you up, then you end up stuck back in the program again.

4. When you feel an emotion you pay attention to the cause Long-term memories are created by extremely emotional experiences • If they're negative, they can prevent change • If they're positive, they can be evidence to push through challenges

5. Recalling a negative event becomes a problem • Do it enough times & it becomes a personality trait • Do it enough times & you'll be unable to change after the event. Your mind becomes stuck in a time warp. • It can lead you to only think of worst-case scenarios

6. It’s too easy to get trapped in the past • The past is your default program • Yesterday’s decisions lead back to the program that traps you from shifting the trajectory of your life To beat the default program, you must change

7. You lose the opportunity to change when you make the same decisions you made yesterday. You must choose the discomfort of a new decision... Rather than the comfort of yesterday’s decisions.

8. “The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” • it's never the right time • It never feels comfortable • it's near-impossible to prepare

9. "The best way to predict the future is to create it Not from the known but from the unknown"-Joe 2 new decisions: • What thoughts do you want to fire and wire in your brain? • What behaviors do you want to demonstrate in one day? Behaviors form new patterns in your mind

10. Place your attention on the present to place your energy there • Instead of giving your emotion to the past, you give it to the present By doing this you’re telling your body: • To sit there & obey you • That it’s no longer your mind. That you’re the mind.

Final Thought • Your past is a program • Emotions keep you addicted to the past If you finally want to experience the change you seek, become obsessed with future-thinking instead of past-thinking.
