Katsuki and Izuku became fast friends, even though Izuku was nothing more than a servant. and Katsuki fell deeply in love with the green-eyed boy. That's why, when he turned 16, he proposed to Izuku. but Izuku rejected him without contemplation. That day, Izuku became Deku.
Katsuki couldn't get rid of his first servant. He didn't have the power for such a thing. So he just dedicated himself to making his life miserable. It was his fault and his punishment for treating him so well, for being so sweet and forcing him to love him, only to reject him
