I still can't name a more +EV activity than airdrop farming in crypto. A combination of old funding now coming to fruition, a shift in market conditions, and innovation across multiple key verticals has created the perfect storm for the biggest airdrop season in crypto history.
In today's thread, I'm going to list all of the airdrops I'm focusing on in 2024. Of course, as the year progresses, more opportunities will come to light. I'll keep you updated as I discover them, so follow me @milesdeutscher to stay in the loop.
@cosmos This is a thriving ecosystem, and one I'm bullish on in 2024 and beyond. Hence, it's one of my primary airdrop focuses this year. I wrote an entire thread last week which guides you through my entire Cosmos airdrop farming strategy.
Let's break down a few specific Cosmos ecosystem chains I'm prioritising.
1. @CelestiaOrg Despite the recent $TIA pump, the Celestia ecosystem is relatively nascent. It's set to be home to some quality project launches next year, and thus some tasty airdrops. I'm staking TIA and also actively interacting with the ecosystem.
@CC2Ventures posted a great strategy for Celestia.
2. @Injective_ Like Celestia, Injective is a Cosmos ecosystem I'm excited about in 2024. In addition to $INJ staking, I'm also interacting with key ecosystem dApps like @HelixApp_, @BlackPanther_Fi and @ProtocolTalis (as detailed below).
3. @osmosiszone $OSMO is a great coin to stake as it gives you access to a constant feed of airdrops (TIA and SEI are recent examples).
@Aptos_Network There are many tokenless protocols on Aptos which are set to launch this year. This is an ecosystem that's being slept on in my opinion. The low on-chain fees make it +EV to farm on vs other chains.
@SuiNetwork Another Move-based L1 like Aptos, the SUI ecosystem still has a lot of room to grow. There are many dApps you can interact with to land some nice airdrops. The post below details a strategy to qualify for 3 of them.
@solana There are a few Solana ecosystem projects which I'm focusing on, mainly: MarginFi, Drift and Tensor. (those who followed my original Solana airdrop guide would've landed a nice $JTO airdrop of $15k+ 😉).
@wormholecrypto Wormhole is one of the most well-funded projects in crypto, raising $225m at a $2.5b valuation. I've been farming this one for some time, focusing on building up bridging volume. If you haven't already, I suggest you do the same.
@LayerZero_Labs LayerZero is another interoperability protocol I've been farming for over a year. It's been a while since my last official thread, but the strategy is still the same: Focus on building up bridging and cross-chain swap volume on LZ-powered dApps.
@zksync They've raised a massive $458m - and have pledged to distribute 2/3 of the supply to the community. Much of my original guide is still relevant, just add interactions with some of the newer ecosystem dApps.
One of which is @zerolendxyz It's the largest lending protocol on zkSync, and will help you qualify for the zkSync airdrop as well as native project drops. To qualify for an airdrop: • Supply collateral (Lend) • Borrow assets (Users got access to the $PYTH airdrop already).
@LineaBuild Linea has received a whopping $725m in funding, and could be one of the biggest airdrops of the year. Now that the Voyage campaign is over (my followers should of participated), you can focus on interacting with Mainnet dApps and building up on-chain volume.
@MantaNetwork Astonishingly, it's now the 3rd biggest L2 by TVL! The airdrop is right around the corner, but Manta's New Paradigm campaign still has a few days to go. Participants have already been receiving some nice rewards over the past couple of weeks.
@starknet The airdrop hype has quietened down, but I'm still interacting with top dApps like @JediSwap, @zkLend, @nostrafinance etc.
@Scroll_ZKP Scroll is another L2 behemoth, raising $80m at a $1.8b valuation. This is a nice guide to help you farm the airdrop.
