This video hit me hard... Legendary basketball coach John Wooden shares a poem that he has framed in his home. "A careful man I must always be, a little fellow follows me." It offers a powerful reminder for all of us: Actions, not words, are what matter in the end. There is always someone watching and learning from your actions. Your actions create ripples in the world. Whether it's your little fellow, a neighbor, a partner, a friend, or an enemy: Someone is always watching. The best parenting, relationship, and life advice: Make a list of the values you want to see others embrace, then go out and embody those yourself. You change the world by first changing yourself. "I must be careful as I go, through summer’s sun and winter’s snow, because I am building for the years to be, this little chap who follows me."
