Some of your cells can contain over 2,500 Mitochondria EACH. These "energy factories" consume 90% of your oxygen intake. Here's how to protect them:

Mitochondria are the energy factories in each of your cells. They take: →The food you digest →The oxygen you breathe And produce the ENERGY currency of life (ATP).

When your mitochondria produce energy... They also produce waste in the forms of: →Carbon Dioxide →Free Radicals →Water You breathe out the CO2 & H20. But the free radicals need to be dealt with.

1 neuron consumes roughly 4.5 BILLION ATP (energy) molecules every SECOND. That means your brain is going through over 13 POUNDS or 6 KILOGRAMS of ATP every single day. That's a LOT of free radical "waste" to deal with.

Antioxidants are the key to protecting against free radicals. And while your body produces its own antioxidants: One of the BEST sources of antioxidants is your diet. x.com/Longevity_EDU/…

Healthy Mitochondria: Have plenty of antioxidants to take care of the free radicals. Unhealthy Mitochondria: Don't have enough antioxidants to protect themselves.

Mitochondria depend on your antioxidant systems working well. But they also depend on essential vitamins and minerals that are needed for enzyme reactions during energy production.

For fantastic health: You need to protect your mitochondria at all costs. Unhealthy Mitochondria = Unhealthy You
