EDIT: when we say “ruzzian” we don’t mean an ethnicity, we mean nationality. a ruzzian who was born/lives in ruzzia, has a ruzzian pasport, who lived in that society long enough to reinforce ruzzian imperialism and oppressed Ukrainians (other non-ruzzians), this is who we mean.
