Lately I’ve been paying less attention to what people believe and more attention to how their nervous systems are operating.
A dysregulated nervous system clings to certainty, outrage, and identity, not because the ideas are true, but because the body needs stability.
Historically, nations were overtaken through divide and conquer.
Have you ever stopped to wonder how that division happens now?
It often starts internally.
When people lose access to regulation, they become easier to fragment, easier to polarize, easier to control.
Echo chambers don’t just limit perspective.
They limit potential.
My next body of work isn’t about politics or conspiracy.
It’s about regulation, clarity, and what happens after the rush, whether that rush looks like success, loss, love, momentum, or collapse.
When the nervous system stabilizes, curiosity returns.
When curiosity returns, independent thinking follows. The real awakening has always been inside you - not outside.
To be continued…
