Scouting report on Jesse Bisiwu

Tried something different as he's still a kid in development.
17 years old with barely any minutes in competitive league or with meaningful stats.
In terms of playstyle Jesse is a technical winger, playmaker who excels in beating his opponents.
- Very direct and relentless
- Strong frame with elastic body
- Two-footed
- Can go inside and outside
- Very effective hesitation move, stop and go
- Shifty, can change directions
- Plays with maturity, doesn't rush, very Lamine/Saka esque in that aspect
- Flair with skills and tricks, obvious Neymar impact
- Creative and strong problem solving skills
- High volume dueler, both offensively and defensively
- Rides challenges well
- Superb ball retention, in motion or static shielding
- Likes to drop deep and carry the ball forward
- Likes to cut on his right, doesn't hesitate to go to the left
- Strong crossing potential, wide variety of crosses
- Solid defensive workrate
- Great engine
- Once in flow state, he becomes almost unstoppable in his age group
⭐️Huge potential

❌ Areas to improve
Sharpness - seems very laidback, not 100% sharp or consistent through all actions, can look very raw
Goalscoring - he doesn't strike me as a natural goalscorer, while he does look for his shot and is genuinely cold in 1v1 situations against the goalkeeper, my feeling is that just like Yamal he isn't the best at anticipating crosses, loose balls and space in general which can be exposed to get himself in goalscoring opportunities.
Shot selection - I see him taking some poor shots, sometimes they come out of frustration, but often as a "reward' for previous big play he made (like few dribbles, great give and go, etc. )
Aerial threat - considering he's quite tall, I'd like him to develop that part of his game a bit more as it's always good to have a winger that can attack headers.
