Arrogance and doubt are the same. They're just different flavors of thinking about yourself constantly.

One says "I'm better than everyone." The other says "I'm not good enough."

They're both "I, I, I."

This is key to understanding imposter syndrome:

There's an old saying

"Humility isn't thinking less of yourself. It's thinking about yourself less."

When you're drowning in imposter syndrome, you're thinking: Am I good enough? Will they find out? Do I belong here? What if I fail?

Every single thought loops back to *you*.

The way out is to stop making it about you.

Ask yourself: "How do I do this job with an open heart?"

Not "How do I prove myself?"
Not "How do I look confident?"

When your heart is open and you're focused on contribution instead of evaluation, the doubt dissolves.

You can't think "How do I serve these people?" and "Am I good enough?" at the same time.

One question makes you an imposter. The other makes you irreplaceable.
