You shouldn’t call someone a fascist just because you don’t like them.

You could call someone a fascist if they are, in fact, a fascist.

- constant praise and respect for other authoritarian leaders
- obsession with using the military as much as possible, even for things like local law enforcement
- obsession with war and conflict
- inability to be truthful about even small things
- a belief that the laws don’t apply to them as long as they are doing the “right thing”
- little desire to work with any part of the government outside their own executive branch
- concentration of executive branch power into a single figure
- constant demonizing and belittling of political opponents
- nonstop allusions to grand conspiracies or deep states, despite the inability to ever find or name the people involved
- a demand for 100% loyalty from party members, else total ejection from the party
- establishing a media apparatus staffed by family members and loyalists
- establishing an executive cabinet staffed by media members and loyalists
- establishing prosecutors and judges staffed by media members and loyalists
