Plyometrics transfer strength to speed.

They challenge the system at high forces and velocities, training the muscular system to produce force rapidly, improving neuromuscular coordination, and enhancing muscle stiffness.

Plyos don’t replace the weight room, they build on it.

They help bridge the gap between strength and sport, improving power output, deceleration, and overall movement efficiency.

While heavy lifting and isometrics do a better job increasing tendon stiffness, plyometrics are superior for enhancing muscle stiffness and reflexive

control, both critical for sprinting and explosive movement.

That’s why they stay in my programs year-round. Volume and intensity shift, but plyos/jumps are always there…extensive, intensive, vertical, horizontal…tailored to the athlete’s needs and phase.

My new Speed eBook + Program has an entire chapter on plyos, plus an 8-week program showing exactly how I integrate them. Over 70 pages, this is my most detailed resource ever.

Until it drops, all of my current programs are still on sale, but not for long.

New release out soon
