The most dangerous place to be isn't rock bottom.

It's stuck in mediocrity. Feeling awful, but not terrible enough to make real change.

Spinning your wheels WISHING things would change but not being in enough pain to actually DO something about it. Most people

wait until the major event happens to flip a switch.

The scale breaking above a number they have never seen before.

The joint pain accelerating to a point they have to give up a favorite activity.

The heart attack or diagnosis leaving permanent structural damage.

The problem? Some of these are irreversible. And the more damage that's done, the harder the climb out.

It's human nature to avoid discomfort and change.

Even if the pain of staying stuck is worse than taking action.

Whether you are in your 30's or your 60s, there is time to right the ship.

Countless others have come back from far worse despite age and circumstances.

The only certainty is that the longer you wait, the worse the problem gets.

If you are planning to "start on Monday" it's just not painful enough yet.
