HERES HOW TO PRACTICE:
1.With a light touch, place your fingertip on the point right under your eye on the soft part of your cheek (in traditional Chinese medicine this is point LI 20). This point will feel like a soft point of your face.
2.Brush the skin up and down. These muscles are connected to the seventh cranial nerve. You might feel a relax sensation or a release.
3.Next go in a circle pushing deeper into the muscles.
4.Keep taking deep slow breaths and feel how your touch on the periosteum relaxing your body.
