What if Izuku had an accident and something switched in his head and now he can remember people's faces? He can remember the colour of their hair but the whole face is a blur.
So whenever he and Katauki go out Katauki would wear a bell on his wrist and a specific outfit so
if Izuku ever looked away and got lost he would have had an easier time to find him.
