Probably the most shockingly effective breathwork practice that I use everywhere I call 'Voo-hum' (this releases nitric oxide into your nasal cavities and can also release accumulated eye-strain tension)
Here's how to try it for yourself (right now!)

Take a full inhale through the nose (biggest breath of the day), and for the first half of the exhale, make the sound 'VOO' – then for the second half of the exhale, make a ‘HUM’ sound for as long as you can until your lungs are totally empty.
Repeat this 4-5x and enjoy!
